Maciej Strzembosz – Film and television producer, scriptwriter, and grassroots activist. KIPA President since 2004. Vice‑President of the Creative Poland Association,member of the Council of the Polish Film Institute (PISF), member of the Union of Audiovisual Authors and Producers (ZAPA) Administrative Council, member of the Polish Filmmakers Association (SFP), and a citizen of culture.
Małgorzata Domin - Graduated in Film Production from the Faculty of Radio and Television, University of Silesia, and completed post‑graduate studies in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University. Owner of Domino Film, which produces features and documentaries. KIPA board member. Executive producer of the Lech Majewski films Młyn i Krzyż (The Mill and the Cross), and Dolina bogów (Valley of the Gods). Production debut was the children’s film Klub Włóczykijów (Adventurer’s Club).
Agnieszka Dziedzic - Film producer and co‑founder of Koi Studio. Has participated in many training programmes, including EAVE Puentes, Sources 2, and MAIA Workshops. Graduated in Art History and Cultural Studies from the University of Warsaw, and in Production from the Wajda School. Film debut Małe stłuczki (Little Crushes) was awarded Best Production debut by KIPA and PISF in 2015.
Piotr Dzięcioł – a film producer, he graduated in law from the University of Wroclaw (Uniwersytet Wrocławski) and in film and tv production organization from the Lodz Film School (Łódzka Szkoła Filmowa). His working life has been always associated with the film industry. Since 1991 he has been the owner the Opus Film Studio (Opus Film) that carries out commercials, feature films, documentaries and television programmes. A member of the European Film Academy and the Council of the Polish Film Institute (PISF) in the years 2008-2011.
Dawid Janicki - Producer, co‑founder of SHIPsBOY, holder of a Masters Degree in Underwater Archaeology, and a graduate of the National Film School in Łódź and the Wajda School. Dawid has produced features and documentaries that havewon awards at international film festivals. Designer of the feature/documentary/ animation Portrety Wojenne (Wartime Portraits), which is available on Netflix in 200 countries.
Wojciech Leszczyński - Graduate of the Department of Film and Television at the National Film School in Lodz and the Department of Computer Science at the Technical University of Lodz. He gained experience inter alia, as a feature film and documentary film production manager and later, already as a producer mainly for animated films. For a long time he collaborated with the Se-Ma-For during the production of many animated films, among others, at the Quay Brothers films or Mark Skrobecki films. Wojciech Leszczyński is one of the initiators, founders and a member of the board of Polish Animation Producers Association (SPPA).
Włodzimierz Niderhaus – Managing Director of the Warsaw Documentary and Feature Film Studio (WFDiF). Producer or co‑producer of over 100 documentary and feature films, including Excentrycy (The Eccentrics, Silver Lion, Gdynia), Różyczka (Little Rose, Golden Lion, Gdynia), and Córki Dancingu (The Lure, Special Jury Prize,Sundance FF). EFA member.
Irena Strzałkowska – Assistant director at Tor Film Studio. Polish representative at Eurimages (a CoE cinematographic fund), and Chair of the Distribution Group. Expert on the Euromed Heritage Program, EAVE EuropaCinema, and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage on the Creative Europe Expert Committee (Media section). Member of the EFA and the Polish Film Academy (PFA).
Małgorzata Walczak – Producer and scriptwriter. Graduate of the National Theatre School (PWST ) (Warsaw, Białystok). Owner of the Zoyda Art Production film production company (founded 1999). Board member of KIPA and SFP. She has produced documentaries that have won awards at international film festivals, e.g. Uciekinier (The Runaway, 2007) and Dotknięcie Anioła (The Touch of an Angel, 2015).
Alicja Grawon-Jaksik - She has worked in the audiovisual industry since 2007. In 2011-2013, she was the representative of the Polish Minister of Culture in the Committee of the MEDIA Programme of the European Union in Brussels, and in 2011-2015, the Secretary of the Court of Arbitration of the Audiovisual Market in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Radio and Television at the University of Silesia and a doctoral student at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She has published, among others, in the Education and Culture Magazine, Film Magazine and various non-serial publications. Member of prestigious Council For Digitalization, which supports the activities and legal initiatives of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Piotr Radziszewski - Piotr graduated in Theater Studies from the Warsaw Theater Academy. A journalist, television manager, and the author of many programmes and reports. He has worked for TVN and TVN 24 (board member) among others. Managing director and editor-in-chief of TVP1 in 2011–2015. Consultant on media issues.
Małgorzata Tusk - Independent producer and film agent. Graduated the Faculty of Law from the University of Gdańsk and Universidad de Zaragoza. Film producer for Sławomir Idziak’s Film Spring Open‑air and Cinebus mobile film studio in 2010–2015. She worked previously in business organisations in the UK and Spain. Małgorzata has completed studies at e.g. the School of Film Agents (SOFA) and MAIA Workshops, which she supports as an Ambassador.
Aleksandra Kapłon (Project Manager) - Graduated from Birkbeck College, University of London, with a BA in Film and Media. KIPA project manager with eight years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Aleksandra has worked with independent film producers, festivals and industry organisations in London and Kraków. TVN associate in 2013–2016. Participated in the EAVE Marketing Workshop 2016.
Aleksandra Grabska (Administrative Office Manager) - Aleksandra is the administrative manager of the KIPA office responsible for membership issues. For many years she has been an associate of the Polish Audiovisual Centre Foundation. Clerk of Court of SARA, Warsaw, since 2015.
Maciej Dopierała (Project Coordinator) - Maciej graduated in film theory from Jagiellonian University. He studies Film and Television Production Organisation at the Faculty of Radio and Television, University of Silesia and is an associate of the Kraków Film Festival.
Joanna Tatko (Collaborator) - Joanna graduated from the Faculty of Film Production, National Film School in Łódź, and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She has been involved in the audiovisual industry since 2009 and is experienced in producing documentary and animation films. Production Manager at the Wajda School, she works closely with KIPA.
