The Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce (KIPA) is the only audiovisual chamber of commerce in Poland, and is one of the largest independent business organisations in the country. KIPA associates more than 140 entities, including companies specialising in producing films, TV programmes and advertisements as well as film schools, and Regional Film Funds (RFF). This makes KIPA the most important producers alliance. It has been an influential force in the growth and development of the Polish film industry since 2000.
SARA - The Court of Arbitration of the Audiovisual Market at the Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw is the first institution of its kind acting within audiovisual sector. It was appointed in June 2011 by the decision of the KIPA General Assembly and as a result of needs signalled by producers circle, regarding setting up an efficient system to settle legal tussles and conflicts arising from everyday activity of Polish representatives of the film and television market.
